Lots of problems can be solved over lunch and a few beers. Unless the problem is what’s for lunch, in which case the answer is all of it.

Tanya’s fascination with design started at a very young age through her family, who worked in the printing industry near her home of Glendale, California. Being a daughter of immigrants and a first generation Armenian-American has given her a very unique upbringing. Growing up with stories about her family history helped her realize her passion when she was only ten: to do something creative and meaningful, with a light-hearted approach, and a great sense of humor.
Tanya has tackled many creative roles, but nothing has fed her hunger — or thirst — quite like beer has. She first collaborated with Stout while working at Elysian Brewing as the Design Team Lead, and knew from the very moment they worked together that it wouldn’t be the last.
A maximalist by nature, Tanya likes a little bit of everything. Her upbeat approach to creative problem solving is heavily influenced by 90s cartoons, observational humor, improvisational thinking, and too much time spent watching YouTube videos. She is constantly impressed by her peers and always looks forward to talking about what they’re working on — as such, she is incredibly passionate about advocating for her teammates, and genuinely loves to be their cheerleader.
