Brewer’s Kitchen is a brewery based in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood and housed in Pilot Project, a local incubator and taproom. As the house brand, we wanted the look and feel of the product to be separate from the brewery. Brewer’s Kitchen branding is distinct from the Pilot Project space and design aesthetic, and yet nods to the brewing life and culinary arts.

To achieve the desired feel, we looked towards the culinary art of plating – drawing inspiration from the artistic flair, texture and movement that chefs employ when dressing a plate.
The end result is a visual brand that’s colorful, exciting, and friendly. It’s almost an anti-beer label, but within the can is an expertly crafted liquid.
