Creative Producer

Who We Need
We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our team who takes initiative, has exceptionally good instincts, and is energized by being on a hard working and committed team. A good attitude is a must and a willingness to dig in wherever you are needed. An “entrepreneurial spirit” might be cliche, but it’s required. Also must love French Bulldogs and eating lunch.

Beer Experience
Experience with or in the beer industry is a must. You need to understand the landscape of craft breweries and love the product.

The Job
The Creative Producer will help drive marketing strategy and manage content creation with our team, on behalf of clients.

Project management will be a key part of this role, which means communicating regularly with the client, setting and working towards a shared creative vision, coordinating with the lead designer, managing timelines, and producing deliverables on time. This position reports to the Creative Director.

This is not a design role, but experience in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus. More importantly, you must be able to “speak design” and communicate effectively with all the major stakeholders involved in a project.

This is a full time, on-site position at our studio in Chicago.
